DENVER—Top-seeded Denver beat Michigan Tech 4-2 Saturday to sweep the Huskies in their best-of-three Western Collegiate Hockey Association playoff series.
Jesse Martin and Kyle Ostrow had a goal and an assist apiece for Denver (27-7-4), which advances to the WCHA Final Five.
John Lee and Joe Colborne also scored for the Pioneers, who got 28 saves from Marc Cheverie.
Ryan Bunger and Peter Rohn had goals for Michigan Tech (5-30-1).
Josh Robinson made 34 saves for the Huskies.
