Eagle County sheriff’s detectives received an anonymous tip that led to a drug bust in a condemned house in Gypsum on Tuesday morning.

Deputies seized 239 marijuana plants and several pounds of hashish and psilocybin-containing mushrooms, all valued at $30,000, from the home at 90 Beacon Court, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

The raid led to the arrest of 22-year-old Alvaro Medina and 25-year-old Adam Coleman, who live in the home.

The house is condemned by the town of Gypsum because of fire hazards and multiple building-code violations, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
