Synergy Resources Corp., a Platteville-based oil and gas producer, said Tuesday it had completed an $18 million private placement offering.
Synergy said in a statement it will use the money for a drilling program for 35 wells, in the Colorado Wattenberg field and Denver-Julesberg Basin. Synergy has drilled 12 wells and 23 more are permitted and ready to be drilled by Ensign United States Drilling, Inc., the company said.
