NEW YORK — A U.S. judge on Wednesday agreed to delay a civil insider-trading case against Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam and others until February 2011.
In an order Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff in Manhattan adjourned the trial in a closely watched civil lawsuit brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission until Feb. 14, 2011.
