Victorian crafts and their impact on the creations of today are explored in the Molly Brown House Museum’s exhibit Stitches and Scissors: The Importance of Victorian Crafts that runs through April 30. A collection of quilts, delicate lacework, shell collages and hair art is featured throughout the museum. The back-porch exhibit area will feature additional craftwork and a fun exploration of how many of the same crafts are still in practice today. The exhibit will be open during regular museum hours and is free with general admission. 1340 Pennyslvania St., or 303-832-4092 ext. 16.
