Assuming the snow goes away, one of baseball’s must-see matchups is today at 3:30 p.m. when perennial midrange power Eaton (2-0) hosts Faith Christian (4-0) in 3A action at 3 p.m. The game was supposed to be played Wednesday, but officials smartly postponed it Tuesday.
Elsewhere, Ralston Valley (2-0) is hosting Mullen (2-1) at 3 p.m.
Another top-notch Eaton matchup, against Holy Family, was to be played last weekend at Coors Field. It was, of course, snowed out, so it has been rescheduled for Monday. Isn’t Colorado’s early-spring weather wonderful?
