DENVER—A worker for a privately run group home for juvenile sex offenders in Denver is accused of letting some of the facility’s probation clients drink alcohol there on New Year’s Eve.
Fifty-year-old Sandra Johnson was formally advised Monday that she was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Denver prosecutors say Johnson was charged after a probation officer found a camera’s memory card at the group home with photos and videos of juveniles drinking.
Johnson was jailed with bond set at $50,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled May 4.
