AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—Dozens of recent graduates from the Air Force Academy are returning to talk to cadets about their experiences as commissioned officers.
The graduates are speaking on panels and meeting individually with cadets. Events started Wednesday and run through Friday.
Graduates of the academy are commissioned as second lieutenants.
The returning lieutenants include pilots, engineers, managers and administrators. They have pursued more than 20 career fields ranging from combat rescue, space and missiles and remotely piloted aircraft to intelligence, financial management and research analysis.
At least nine of the returning graduates have already deployed and two have been awarded the Bronze Star.
