Two 19-year-olds are facing charges in a March 28 shooting that left two people wounded, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department said today.
Kevin Fonseca and Jamal Vanterpool are in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on $100,000 bond each. They are charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, illegal discharge of a firearm, felony menacing, and reckless endangerment.
Investigators said gunfire erupted during a party in the 2600 block of Shannara Grove in unincorporated El Paso County.
