RECAP

The good times continue at Coors’ friendly confines

Home sweet home? Coors Field has been like a candy store for the Rockies in the Jim Tracy era. As shaky as they played at times during this past homestand, they won their series against the Padres and Mets. Their series record in LoDo since Tracy assumed command last May? 17-3 with one split.

Quick starters.

Thursday marked the first time in nine games that the Rockies didn’t lead in a game. They scored first in each of their first seven games.

By the numbers.

Thursday was Jackie Robinson Day around the major leagues. For the record, there was one African-American player on the field — Rockies outfielder Dexter Fowler.
