GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—The Fort Collins-based customer service company Press-One is setting up a call center in Grand Junction this week.
Press-One President Andy Orr says the company eventually hopes to hire 75 to 100 people earning $10 to $12 an hour.
The company already has a call center in Fort Collins. Orr says that once the new center is fully operating, it should match the Fort Collins center’s annual payroll of about $4 million.
Orr says Grand Junction gives the company a high-quality work force and some redundancy, in case a snowstorm or other problem were to ever keep the call center in Fort Collins from operating.
