Aspen Mountain is extending its season for one more weekend and hopes to entice dedicated spring skiers with bargains that haven’t been seen for decades. The Silver Queen Gondola, Ajax Express and FIS lifts will run on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with access to as much terrain as conditions permit. Tickets are only $39 for adults ($29 for youth and seniors, $19 for children), and season-pass holders from any other resort get a $10 discount. Best of all, lodging starts as low as $25 in Snowmass and $37.50 in Aspen when booked through Aspen/Snowmass agents. Half-price rentals and discount lessons also are available.
