MOSCOW — The deposed president of Kyrgyzstan, ousted after bloody anti-government riots this month, is being harbored in Belarus, that nation’s president said Tuesday. Kurmanbek Bakiyev left Kyrgyz stan in a deal brokered by the presidents of the U.S., Russia and Kazakhstan.
