A woman shot inside an Aurora apartment has died and the suspect in the case now faces a murder charge, police said.
The victim of the April 12 shooting was identified today as 19-year-old Dakota J. Fresh, according to an Aurora Police Department media release.
The shooting happened in the 2000 block of Fulton Street, police said. Antonio DeLeon, 22, has been arrested as a suspect in the case.
Nathaniel P.J. Raney, 22, was arrested Tuesday, police said. Raney is charged with accessory to murder in the first degree.
