Former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio’s resentencing has been scheduled for June 22 to June 24.
A hearing related to the resentencing had been scheduled for this month, but a federal judge delayed the proceedings to allow Nacchio, serving a six-year term at a prison in Pennsylvania for criminal insider trading, to make arrangements for a federal escort to Denver to attend either the resentencing or a hearing to waive his right to attend.
