BROOMFIELD, Colo—The Civil Air Patrol and ground search crews from across Colorado are holding a weekend exercise to sharpen their skills in locating lost hikers and missing aircraft.
The training will take place Saturday and Sunday at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield. Civil Air Patrol members will also respond from other locations around the state.
The exercise is called Operation Mountain Passage 2010.
