What’s happening: Evergreen Marketplace is redeveloping the former Denver Council Boy Scouts of America headquarters in the Jefferson Park neighborhood into office space.
The details: While a small portion of the main structure and some of the slab will remain, there is little left of the original building.
Designed by Bothwell Davis George Architects Inc., the 13,000-square-foot two-story building will have 3.5 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. Lease rates will range from $22 to $25 a square foot, depending on buildout.
