GREELEY — A woman has been arrested on charges of trying to steal a narcotic pain- control patch from an elderly patient in Greeley.
Hillary Hartwig, 35, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of theft from an at-risk adult and drug possession.
She is accused of trying to remove a narcotic patch from a patient at the Good Samaritan Society Bonell Community. Authorities said Hartwig had once worked under contract at the center.
Police said a physician had prescribed the pain patch for the elderly patient.
