U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will break ground Wednesday on a Visitor Center at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. The $7.7 million project includes $3 million of stimulus funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
