Developer Erik Osborn was found guilty of one count of theft Wednesday in a second trial in which he was accused of taking money from a development project.

He had already been sentenced to 10 years in community corrections on two felony theft convictions after a jury in December found him guilty of stealing money from investors in a high-profile downtown condo project and a Greenwood Village office- building renovation.

Wednesday’s verdict related to an allegation that he diverted money from a development project at 1800 Glenarm Place.

Obsorn’s bond was revoked, and he was taken into custody until his sentencing May 27.
