Noble Energy Inc., the oil-and-gas producer with prospects from Texas to Israel, said it will shift some of its spending to oil projects from natural gas to benefit from higher crude prices.
The Houston-based company plans to reduce activity in its two U.S. onshore gas programs, including the Piceance Basin in western Colorado.
