High school sports: Lacrosse (midfielder, 33 goals, 16 assists); field hockey (midfielder).

Grade-point average: 3.86.

My favorite team: Nuggets.

What I listen to: Jam bands and electronic or alternative.

The best things on my training table: Mad Greens and Fat Jack’s Supersubs.

Pregame ritual: I listen to the same two songs before every game.

Time management tip: I plan ahead, definitely, and just go home after school to get homework done, then practice, then come home and do more homework. It’s pretty manageable, actually.

Planned career: Undecided.

My family: Parents Annzo Phelps and Peter Blair; brothers Phelps Blair, Ren Blair and Hamilton Blair; stepsisters Kelley McMillan and Sam McMillan; stepbrother Owen McMillan.

I would love to visit: Patagonia, Chile.

What I like most about high school sports: I definitely like the bonds you make between players on the team. You see them every day, and the level of competition. It’s growing. I have fun at practice and games every day.

What I like least about high school sports: Bad referees, but you really can’t do anything about them.
