The Rockies have set the roster for their annual Top 50 Senior All-Star Baseball Game at Coors Field.
Players, including four from three-time defending state champion Rocky Mountain, will be split into two teams for the game that will follow the Rockies-Toronto Blue Jays game June 13, which starts at 1:10 p.m.
The all-star coaches will come from the high school championships that will be completed by the end of May.
This season is considered a leaner year for area schoolboy talent.
But the Top 50 game, canceled a year ago because of inclement weather, will showcase the best 12th-graders.
All-star players were chosen from a panel of professional baseball scouts, high school coaches and media, including The Denver Post.
