Douglas County-based TeleTech Holdings Inc., a provider of outsourcing solutions, reported first quarter earnings of $13.3 million or 21 cents per share, down from $15.1 million or 23 cents per share in the comparable period last year.
TeleTech revenue also fell to $271.5 million from $304.0 million last year. TeleTech attributed the decline to the migration of client programs to offshore locations and lower volumes for clients’ products or services
