Heather Gardens, an adult community in Aurora, approved plans Wednesday for a 50,000- square-foot community center. Construction is planned to begin before the end of the year. Residents authorized the Heather Gardens Metropolitan District to issue up to $9.8 million in bonds to fund the proj ect.
