A Mexican citizen described by federal prosecutors as a drug lord was sentenced Friday to 20 years in prison on drug charges. Miguel Arriola, 42, also was fined $250,000.
Agents seized almost $10.4 million in cash and 2,300 kilograms of cocaine in arrests across the U.S.
