GRANTS PASS, Ore. — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will impose restrictions on spraying three agricultural pesticides near salmon streams. The agency said Monday the decision comes after manufacturers of diazinon, malathion and chlorpyrifos refused to adopt the limits voluntarily.
