BOULDER, Colo.—The coroner’s office says a woman found dead in the Boulder flooring and fireplace store she owned with her husband died from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.

The Boulder County coroner released the results Wednesday of the autopsy on 41-year-old Staci Griffin. Police suspect that 50-year-old Robert Montgomery killed Griffin and her husband, 40-year-old Sean Griffin, before shooting himself in the head.

The three were found inside Boulder Stove & Flooring Monday after police responded to reports of shots fired. Montgomery worked for the Griffins and police say he was upset about a change in the policy on sales commissions and bonuses.

Sean Griffin died of gunshot wounds to the head, chest and abdomen.
