DENVER—A federal grand jury has indicted an Adams County man on 11 counts of bank robbery.

The U.S. attorney’s office says 38-year-old Eric Dodd is known as the “Portfolio Bandit.” An indictment accuses him in 11 Denver-area robberies between Aug. 27 and May 8.

He is being held without bond and is scheduled to be arraigned May 27.

FBI Special Agent in Charge James H. Davis says tips from residents who saw photographs of Dodd in news reports led to Dodd’s arrest.

If convicted as charged, Dodd faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count, plus restitution.
