Steak with horseradish marinade recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 steaks
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons horseradish
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

In small bowl, combine vinegar, horseradish, oil, garlic, thyme and hot sauce. Trim excess fat from steaks and discard. Place in resealable plastic bag; pour marinade over steaks and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 12 hours or up to 24; turn occasionally.

Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Preheat grill to medium-high. Place steaks on oiled grill rack. Close lid and cook to desired stage of doneness, turning once.
