GRAND JUNCTION — Prosecutors have filed charges alleging that Mesa County’s former landfill manager stalked another county employee’s wife with whom he had had an affair. Bob Edmiston was charged Wednesday with stalking, embezzlement of public property, official misconduct, three counts of harassment and second-degree tampering.
