CHEYENNE — Authorities arrested Eric J. Linares-Cuevasa, 24, in Thornton on Thursday in connection with a Cheyenne shooting in which three people were wounded. The shooting happened Wednesday night at a mobile-home park and was apparently sparked by a dispute over a woman.
