ASPEN, Colo.—A Colorado prosecutor says Charlie Sheen could work in an “educational capacity” with an Aspen theater as part of a proposed plea agreement over domestic violence allegations involving his wife.
The Aspen Times says Pitkin County Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin would not elaborate further on details of the proposed deal that will be presented to a judge Monday.
Sheen pleaded not guilty to menacing, criminal mischief and assault charges stemming from an argument with his wife on Christmas Day at an Aspen home where they were on vacation.
Sheen’s attorney, Richard Cummins, and his agent Stan Rosenfield told The Associated Press they could not comment.
Sheen agreed last month to return to the hit CBS show “Two and a Half Men” for two more seasons.
