Troy Tulowitzki tailored part of his winter workouts around increasing his speed. He’s never going to be a burner, but he wanted to become a better baserunner. He stole two bases Saturday, bringing his season total to six. Tulowitzki, who swiped 20 bases and was caught 11 times last season, is 6-for-8 this year.
