Police are asking the public’s help in finding a man suspected of groping a young girl in a Boulder grocery store.

The incident happened at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the Whole Foods Market, 2905 Pearl St., the Boulder Police Department said in a media release.

Police said a man “inappropriately touched a juvenile female while she was shopping with her mother.”

Boulder police characterized the child as younger than 10 years old.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 5-feet 10-inches tall, with brown short-cropped hair. He was wearing a light colored button-down shirt at the time of the incident.
