Fans of local fashion were dismayed last year when Tran Wills closed the Fabric Lab, one of the rare retail spots selling only made-in-Colorado fashion. But Wills is never far from the style scene and has taken over the loft space at Mod Livin’, which specializes in midcentury furniture and design. From noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Wills hosts a reception for the new Pop Up Store featuring clothing and accessories created by local designers such as Melissa May, left. “We’ll see how it goes,” Wills says. “It’s for a limited time, maybe just until the end of the year.” Stop in to shop for clothing, jewelry, handbags, fine art and ‘zines. Most items are under $100, and the stock is always changing. Pop Up Store at Mod Livin’, 5327 E. Colfax Ave; ;
