A woman attacked Sunday evening on a north Boulder hiking trail told police, “I would love for you to catch him,” according to 911 tapes released Tuesday, the Boulder Daily Camera reported.
The victim, who fought off her attacker, told police she was “totally OK” but had torn shorts.
Dispatchers had already received a call from the woman’s sister, who was on the phone with her at the time of the attack.
A suspect, Michael Gonzales- Davis, 25, of Boulder, was found by police and arrested less than an hour later.
