One man was killed Saturday afternoon when wind flipped an inflatable raft near Windsor.
Two men were boating on James Lake when they were dumped into the water about 3 p.m., authorities said. One man was able to swim to shore. The drowned man, believed to be in his 20s, has not been identified. His body was recovered about 5 p.m.
