A Denver couple has been charged with felony child abuse for allegedly operating a marijuana grow operation in their home in the presence of their three children, the Denver District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Joseph Daniel Lightfoot and Amber Brooke Wildenstein, both 29, were arrested when police allegedly discovered the operation after being called to their home in the 2600 block of South Williams Street on a domestic violence report earlier this month.
Three children, ages, 7, 9 and 11, also live in the home.
They are free on $50,000 bond each, the district attorney’s office said.
