Tyrone Williams, 31, was found guilty Wednesday of killing a tattoo-parlor operator three years ago.

Williams will face life in prison without parole when he is sentenced on Aug. 20 in the shooting of 27-year-old Joshua Trobaugh in August 2007 during a robbery at Trobaugh’s business, Mr. Tank’s Tattoos, at 6640 East Colfax Ave.

A jury found Williams guilty of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery. Williams was charged in 2008 while serving time in Denver-area jails on unrelated charges.
