It’s hard to believe that 10 months ago Franklin Morales was posting saves in the Rockies’ most critical games. After his latest meltdown, he was demoted to Colorado Springs in favor of Esmil Rogers. In June, Morales allowed 11 runs, 12 hits and issued 10 walks in 10 1/3 innings. On Wednesday, he was tagged for four runs.
