Camille Grammer filed for divorce from Kelsey last week, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The 13-year marriage started crumbling when Kelsey moved to New York earlier this year to star in “La Cage Aux Folles” on Broadway, sources say.

Camille, however, is now part of the scripted reality show “The Real (Albeit Cosmetically Enhanced) Housewives of Beverly Hills.” It shoots in California, 3,000 miles from Broadway. Grammer, who’s reportedly never liked L.A., is a Tony nominee in the “La Cage Aux Folles” and he’s not leaving New York anytime soon, sources told Hollywood.com.

Camille stayed with their two kids in L.A. and flew back and forth to visit him, but sources say it became apparent “Kelsey loved New York, his friends and his freedom more than his marriage.”

Apparently on Father’s Day, when Kelsey was 2,475 air miles away from his family, he didn’t call his kids.

As one source said, “She doesn’t know what Kelsey is doing in New York, but he’s made it pretty clear he wants nothing to do with marriage anymore,” adding, “She didn’t see it coming.”

Katherine and Joe Jackson apparently are hurting for cash, which may explain her plans to roll out new movies about the life and times of son Michael.

They reportedly owe more than $13 million to a South Korean newspaper, the Segye Times, according to TMZ. The paper gave Joe, Katherine, and Jermaine a $5.5 million advance for a Jackson family concert series that never got off the ground. The newspaper sued in 1994 and won a $4 million judgment, which, with interest, has grown to more than $13 million, TMZ says.

Edwin Bradley, a lawyer for the Segye Times, told TMZ his client will go after anything Katherine and Joe make, and that includes profits from Katherine’s book, the movie projects she’s producing with Howard Mann.

The newspaper will go to court in September to try to wrest money earmarked for Katherine from the Michael Jackson trust. But, according to sources tell us, it is empty because the estate is in debt.

Los Angeles-born actor Andrew Garfield, who grew up in England, will take over the Spider-Man suit previously occupied by Tobey Maguire for what will be the fourth screen adventure for Spidey, also known as Peter Parker.

A more familiar face in the U.K. for his TV starring roles on “Red Riding” and “Boy A,” Garfield, 26, will be seen on the big screen this fall in “The Social Network” (director David Fincher’s film about Facebook, also starring Justin Timberlake) and in the adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro’s “Never Let Me Go.” Last year, he appeared in Terry Gilliam’s “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.” He also played a slacker college kid who was upbraided by his prof in “Lions for Lambs” starring Robert Redford.

“Though his name may be new to many, those who know this young actor’s work understand his extraordinary talents. He has a rare combination of intelligence, wit and humanity. Mark my words, you will love Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker,” says Spidey 4 director Mark Webb, whose debut feature, “(500) Days of Summer,” developed something of a cult following last year.

The new movie is set to begin filming later this year, for a release in 3-D on July 3, 2012. Its story, Sony Pictures said earlier this year, will take the superhero back to his origins and focus on “a teenager grappling with both contemporary human problems and amazing super-human crises.”

Pee-Wee Herman is coming back to the big screen in a Judd Apatow production.

Apatow’s publicist, Matt Labov, says the writer-director-producer is developing a movie with Pee-Wee’s creator, Paul Reubens.

Reubens is co-writing the film, which is described as an on-the-road movie built around a big adventure.

Pee-Wee’s first film, 1985’s “Pee-wee’s Big Adventure,” spawned a cult TV show featuring the kooky, overgrown boy. Reubens revived his character on stage this year, and that show is set for a 48-performance run on Broadway starting Oct. 26.

Apatow’s film credits include “Knocked Up” and “The 40-Year-Old Virgin.”
