Los Angeles recalled outfielder Xavier Paul from Triple-A Albuquerque to take Ramirez’s roster spot. The Dodgers also recalled right-hander Travis Schlichting from Albuquerque and optioned right-hander Ramon Troncoso to the Triple-A club.
