DENVER—In a story July 5 about traffic on Interstate 70 in Colorado, The Associated Press reported incorrect numbers for vehicles passing through the Eisenhower & Johnson tunnels.
In July 2009, an average of 39,536 vehicles a day passed through the tunnels, not 39,536 total for the month. In August 2009, an average of 37,577 vehicles a day passed through the tunnels, not 37,577 total.
