Prime Center, an office complex in the Briargate Business Campus in Colorado Springs, has been acquired by DIV Briargate Property LLC, a joint venture between the Davis Cos., a Boston-based private real-estate investment firm, and Griffis Blessing Inc.
The property, consisting of six buildings and 283,885 square feet of space, was acquired through a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transaction.
