The Blue Ocean Institute offers a new iPhone app, FishPhone, which will give you info you need to make seasonal and sustainable choices, plus recipes and wine pairings. No iPhone? Text FISH and the name of the species to 30644 from any cellphone; you’ll get a text in return with current status for that species (Green = eat, Yellow = caution, Red = avoid).
