Dozens of employees at a popular restaurant chain in Colorado went to work Thursday only to find out their jobs no longer exist and their paychecks are void.
9NEWS viewers alerted us to BenchWarmers’ issue late Thursday evening. They told us when they went to work their restaurants were surrounded by police officers.
Employees also said their paychecks have bounced over the past two months or so. To make matters worse, they were told by their managers there was no money left, and that they wouldn’t be receiving their last paychecks.
The Benchwarmers corporate web site shows locations in Aurora, Centennial, Erie and Parker.
