“Colorado Memories” Shop Hop, Friday through Aug. 8; participating quilt stores
Calling all quilters.
Tour area quilt stores and create a project that honors Colorado at a shop hop. In this scavenger-hunt style event, participants visit each stop and pick up a pattern and a stamp in their Shop Hop passport. Kits with the custom-designed fabric are available, as are finishing kits. After visiting all stores, you get a commemorative pin and can enter to win prizes. Visit Tomorrow’s Heirloom, Harriet’s Treadle Arts, Great American Quilt Factory, Fabric Expressions, Creative Needle, Holly’s Quilt Cabin and High Prairie Quilts.
