FLORENCE — More than 200 people gathered Sunday night at Pioneer Park in Florence to pay tribute to three teens killed in a rollover crash Thursday night in Fremont County.
Sisters Jessica and Lacey Dunovsky were killed in the crash along with 16-year-old Abelina Gallegos. Jessica was 18, and Lacey was 15.
Friends and relatives traveled to the vigil as preachers of a handful of churches and the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office offered their support.
The girls were well-known throughout Florence High School.
Jessica and Lacey Dunovsky were involved in a church youth group and participated in sports. Jessica played soccer and volleyball, while Lacey did softball, basketball and track.
