FLINT, Mich. — A serial killer is loose in Michigan. Police in Flint said Thursday the man has killed five people in Genesee County and that another eight victims have survived. Most of the 13 stabbed men are African-Americans who are older, have smaller frames or are “otherwise vulnerable.”
